Employee Appreciation Program

There is no tipping at Willamette View, but each year residents have an opportunity to express their gratitude to eligible employees of Willamette View by giving to the Employee Appreciation Program. Although you can contribute to this fund at any time, each November we hold a campaign drive. Residents can make a one-time gift to the fund or set up a monthly amount to be withdrawn from your bank account. To set up a monthly gift, contact the Council Treasurer.

The funds are divided among employees according to the number of hours worked. This can amount to a most welcome gift for employees at holiday time.

The goal for 2024 is $295,000, and contributions must be made by November 30. Secure/confidential contribution boxes are located at the Manor, Terrace and Health Center reception desks, or at the Manor reception desk at Box J. Please make checks payable to “WV Employee Appreciation”.
