The Carousel is hosting a Fashion Show & Tea Party on June 9th and is encouraging residents to get dressed up for the occasion. If you don’t own a fashionable hat to wear to the event, drop into artworks, get creative and make your own “fascinator” for the Fashion Show using paper, feathers, ribbon, etc.
