Resident Council

The Resident Council, formed in 1955, is the governing body of the Resident Association and is the liaison between residents and Administration. It is responsible for resident activity programs and for innovations and improvements in daily life at Willamette View. The Resident Association consists of all Willamette View residents.

To work directly with residents as much as possible to ensure that their concerns and expectations are consistently and considered.

To obtain resident feedback on alternatives and/or decisions.

To partner with residents in development of alternatives and identification of the preferred solution.

To give residents balanced, objective information to help them understand the problem, alternatives, opportunities, and/or solutions.
