Nursing services are provided by licensed RNs (Registered Nurses).
- Conduct initial screenings.
- Assess and coordinate necessary medical services.
- Develop / update the client service plan.
- Obtain, monitor and maintain compliance with physician orders.
- Conduct initial and/or quarterly monitoring visits in coordination with the Home Care Manager.
- Assist with medication administration.
- Delegate / assign a nurse for clients whose health needs are stable and predictable* as required by the Oregon State Board of Nursing Administrative Rules.
*Service Limitations: As a licensed in-home care agency, Willamette View Home Care may not manage medical / health conditions of clients assessed unstable or unpredictable.

Willamette View Home Care is a comprehensive program offering a wide range of services, including companion, personal and complex care; licensed nursing services; and medication reminders, assistance and administration.
Personalized
Our responsibility is to provide care and support to clients on an individual basis. A service plan is established with you and / or your representative and a Willamette View Home Care representative. Your personalized service plan is reviewed at least every 90 days to ensure that it is accurate and being implemented correctly. See the menu on the right to explore our services.
