The simple act of reading out loud, hand writing and doing timed simple math daily for 20-30 minutes is said to improve focus, concentration and memory.  Watch the Wellness talk, print off a packet of exercises, join a weekly group to help hold yourself accountable and work towards a stronger memory.

The Wellness Programs Office provides services which are designed to support you in staying well of mind, body and spirit. These resources include the Director of Wellness, the Health and Wellness Coordinator, and the Counselor. They are available to all residents, and are included in your basic monthly occupancy fee. The Wellness offerings are intended to function as an enhancement to, rather than a replacement for, an individual health care maintenance plan.

Our 9,000 -square-foot Fitness Center, located on the first floor of the Terrace building includes state of the art Technogym fitness and cardio equipment, group fitness studio, swimming pool and spa. We also provide space for massage, acupuncture and chiropractic services as well as Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation Services.
