Aqua Fitness

These half hour or 45 minute classes use pool noodles, weights, and float belts to offer resistance and core challenge work in the low-impact safe environment of the pool. The temperature of the pool is 88 degrees which is on the high end of proper for aerobic exercise, so we keep an eye on our pace and drink a lot of water. Fun music keeps the class moving and spirits high while improving our strength, balance, and heart health.
