Better Balance 3

This half hour class is for anyone who wants to improve their balance in every-day activities like walking, sitting, standing, reaching, bending and more. We work on awareness of our bodies in relation to gravity while performing exercises and activities that are functional and strengthening. Participants will need to be able to stand. Assistive devices may be ok in this this class. Give Julie a call to discuss your needs and see if this class might be right for you and your assistive device.
