Mindfulness Meditation - Sunday

This group meets in the Terrace Auditorium every Sunday at 4 pm for 30 minutes of sitting in silent mindfulness meditation. Mindfulness Meditation is the gentle practice of guiding one's mind into the moment without judgment and without distraction. We read a poem before meditating.

All religions welcome.
