The Shared Drive Manager is responsible for the management of and access to the group's Shared Drive. The Shared Drive Manager
- manages Shared Drive settings
- maintains the Shared Drive membership
- oversees sharing of folders and files
- oversees access to sensitive or confidential records
- reports any known security breaches or inappropriate use to the Resident Communication Standing Committee
