Update on White Oak Grill and Artworks, 2-2-2026

Last Friday, a local insurance inspector was on site to assess the fire damage in the White Oak dining room and the office where the electrical panel is located. The inspector is coordinating with the insurance company, which will be on site at Willamette View this week to conduct a full inspection. Together, we will identify the scope of work required to clean up and restore the affected areas.
This work may include demolition of portions of the dining room, as well as replacement of carpet and furniture. We will share remodeling plans and a timeline once the insurance company confirms the scope of work.
