After being injured in Iraq, Will Montgomery (Ben Foster) returns home to finish his tour in the military. He is assigned to the Army's Casualty Notification Service and teamed with Tony Stone (Woody Harrelson). This intense and thoughtful antiwar film follows Will as he comes to terms with his own pain while dealing with the cold realities of his new mission.
