Single mom Flora (Eve Hewson) is at a total loss regarding her rebellious teenage son (Orén Kinlan). Aided by a washed-up LA musician (Joseph Gordon-Levitt), and a beat-up acoustic guitar, she discovers the transformative power of music. Irish writer and director John Carney explores the bond between a mother and son in this big hearted, feel-good film.
