To work directly with residents as much as possible to ensure that their concerns and expectations are consistently and considered.

To obtain resident feedback on alternatives and/or decisions.

To partner with residents in development of alternatives and identification of the preferred solution.

To give residents balanced, objective information to help them understand the problem, alternatives, opportunities, and/or solutions.

We will listen to and acknowledge resident concerns and expectations.

We will look to residents for input and include that input in the decision-making process.
