This class uses high intensity cardio interval exercises to raise the heart rate interspersed with low intensity interval exercises for recovery time focusing on form. We also do a short series of core and of course we warm up and cool down in this quick morning wake up class. This is our most challenging seated class, and it is best for people who are already getting some regular exercise.
