Take half an hour to relax, recharge. Experience the art of effective stretching and releasing to correct postural imbalances and fascial restrictions. In this class we will use range of motion exercises, soft foam rollers, balls of differing sizes as well as stretching straps. All stretches will be gentle and painless because that is the most effective way to stretch. Everyone is welcome as the stretches can be customized to each person. Come relax and enjoy some newfound freedom!
