Add a Photo Gallery (Shared Drive)
Notes
A photo gallery is group of images. The gallery will appear as a link in the committee/activity page sidebar under Related Photos. There are two options.
Willamette Views
All Willamette Views have been added to the Willamette Views shared drive in GW4NP. The Drupal Views for the archive and current issues page have been updated to include the external link for future issues of Willamette Views posted on the resident website.
Revised resident website posting instructions have been provided to Brooke.
How to Add a Team Roster
What is a Team Roster?
A roster is a listing of members of a group. It is designed to facilitate building a membership list for a committee or activity. It can be easily amended. When created and saved, the list will be appended to the bottom of the group's Activity page. All Rosters are restricted content.
Create a Team Roster
Click on ADD Team Roster in the Launchpad.
Add a Resident Relationship
The purpose of the resident relationship is to display a link to a related resident. A related resident is someone with whom the person shares the apartment.
Volunteer Opportunities Feature Added
A feature to support Volunteer Opportunity listings has been added. The changes include:
New Content Type: Mega Menu
Added content type = Mega Menu. Will be used for Campus Life > How Do I.
This included adding Paragraph Type = Internal Link, which was added as an option to Paragraph Type = Content Wrapper.
Added site section = Campus Life since RCSC will maintain the Campus Life > How Do I page.
