Shared Drive Link

IMPORTANT:  If the file in the Google Shared Drive is private; that is, it should not be available to the public, then the Content Privacy setting of the entire page must be Restricted.

If you are sharing a document that is on the Google Shared Drive, enter the URL and a description.

To link to a document in your group's Google Shared Drive:

Create an Inline Link

An inline link is a hyperlink embedded directly within text or to an image allowing users to click on it to navigate to another resource.

These instructions are for linking to a document in a Google Shared Drive.

Upload your Document

Upload your document first.

Keep the browser window open to the Google Shared Drive.

How to Add a Team Roster

What is a Team Roster?

A roster is a listing of members of a group. It is designed to facilitate building a membership list for a committee or activity. It can be easily amended. When created and saved, the list will be appended to the bottom of the group's Activity page. All Rosters are restricted content.

Create a Team Roster

Click on ADD Team Roster in the Launchpad.
