Click on ADD Slideshow in the Launchpad.
We recommend a maximum of 20 slides.
1. Title (Required): Enter a title. This will display with a thumbnail of the video in the Photo Gallery (News). For activity slideshows, the title displays in the block, Related Slideshows.
2. Date (Required): Enter the date the photographs were taken.
Set up for add / edit Alert and Announcement in Launchpads.
1. Created Alert and Announcement in Role Permissions taxonomy.
2. Created block view for alert and announcement.
3. Create add-edit-alert and add-edit-announcement basic pages. Included link to /node/add/[alert][announcement] and block view created in step 2. Role permission field in basic page set for Alert and Announcement respectively.
These instructions apply if you have to cancel a specific recurring Activity or indicate a change in location for a specific date.
When you open the activity page, you will see new options adjacent to the next three dates.

Using the Basic Page template you can create pages with text (including tables and lists), a list of links to PDFs, a slideshow, and a banner image.

Basic Page with files
A Related Page is one that is "attached" to an activity's page in the Activities Directory. In the example below, the Green Team has related public and restricted pages.
