Beginning Resistance Training

This class will teach the basics of strength training form and progressions. We will have a brief warm up, followed by resistance exercises with dumb bells, bands, balls and body weight. We will end with a brief stretch. This class is for anyone who wants to learn to build/keep muscle or improve their form.
