Better Balance 1

This half-hour class is for individuals looking to keep or improve their general health. Most of the class is done seated so it’s appropriate for those who walk unassisted as well as those who utilize assistive devices (canes, walkers, power chairs). A small part of the class is done standing. The class emphasizes aspects of strength, balance, flexibility, and mobility and is a great strength class for anyone.
