The Resident Computer/Technology Support Group provides aid and assistance to residents who are experiencing difficulties with their computers (laptops & desktops), tablets, printers and cellphones. Members can assist with both PC and Apple computers.
If the member cannot solve the problem, the resident will be referred to a team member with a higher skill level or to an external vendor who may solve the issue for a fee.
Members are not able to assist with Xfinity/Comcast issues or WV infrastructure issues. If you need assistance with your Comcast/Xfinity Internet connection submit a work order by calling ext. 6678 or sending an email to workorder@willametteview.org.
The services of the Resident Computer/Technology Support Group are offered at no cost to residents; however, donations will be accepted to the Resident Technology Fund of the Willamette View Association. Contact the Technology Councilor if you wish to contribute to this fund. Checks should be made out to Willamette View Association with a memo indicating Resident Technology Fund.
The proceeds of this fund will be used to facilitate the work of the Resident Computer/Technology Support Group and the Resident Technology organization. Any resident who is interested in becoming a Mentor should contact the resident listed below in Contact.
