What is our Mission?
The Resident Computer/Technology Support Group provides aid and assistance to residents who are experiencing difficulties with their computers (laptops & desktops), tablets, printers and cellphones. Members can assist with both PC and Apple computers. If the member cannot solve the problem, the resident will be referred to a team member with a higher skill level or to an external vendor who may solve the issue for a fee.

The members are not able to assist with Xfinity/Comcast issues or WV infrastructure issues. If you need assistance with your Xfinity/Comcast Internet connection, submit a work order by calling ext. 6678 or sending an email to workorder@willametteview.org.

The services of the Resident Computer/Technology Support Group are offered at no cost to residents.
Any resident who has some expertise and is interested in joining the Support Group should contact David August.
