Area of Focus
The Resident Council Past Chair serves a term of one year following a term as the Chair. In addition to specific position responsibilities, serves as a consultant to the current Chair.
Council Responsibilities
- Serve as a resource to the Chair and Vice Chair in terms of policies and procedures related to Willamette View Administration and the Council.
- Advise the Chair as requested on community leadership and organizational issues that may arise.
Specific Position Responsibilities
- Work with Chair and Vice Chair to solve emerging problems or issues impacting the community.
- Serve on the Willamette View Board of Directors and assigned committee(s).
- Serve on assigned Council Standing Committees as a non-voting member and liaison to Council.
- Participate in orientation for new Council members.
- Represent Willamette View at special occasions, both within and outside Willamette View.
