This animated adventure comedy takes place in a Japanese city where an outbreak of dog flu has spread. The mayor demands that all dogs to be sent to Trash Island--the first being Spots, a dog who belongs to the mayor's nephew, Atari. With the help of 5 other canines, Atari sets out to find his lost dog, with many obstacles along the way. The humans speak mainly in Japanese while the dogs speak in English. CAPTIONS
