A prep-school student named Charlie, originally from Oregon, accepts a job "babysitting" Frank, an unlikeable, outspoken, blind ex-colonel (played by Al Pacino, who won both the Oscar and Golden Globe for Best Actor). They end up in NYC where Frank has several plans of his own. With interesting life-lessons, the film won the Golden Globe for Best Movie and Best Screenplay. CAPTIONS
