Book Donations

Book Boulevard may accept select books for sale. Proceeds from these sales help support the mission of the library. The Book Boulevard manager (or a designated volunteer) will review the books before donations are accepted. The resident agrees that Book Boulevard owns the books and determines disposition of the donated items, including the right to throw them away.

Generally, donated books should be recent publications in like-new or gently-used condition with no markings, stamps, or names of any kind. Books should be of interest to a wide variety of people. Mystery and suspense books are often popular.

Books which are not accepted include encyclopedias, magazines, Readers Digest, dictionaries, school yearbooks, textbooks, legal, medical, and other specialized books.

Potential and current residents are encouraged to donate books to the various Friends of the Library organizations and other community charitable organizations:
