Jack Benny and Carole Lombard star as husband and wife thespians in this 1942 movie that takes place in Nazi-occupied Warsaw. The couple becomes caught up in a dangerous spy plot just before the U.S. entered World War II. There is a brilliant balance between political satire, romance, slapstick and wartime suspense in a comic high-wire act.
