Team Roster Content Type Added

A new content type, Team Roster, has been added. It provides the ability to build a membership list for activities and committees with the role of each person listed. It can be easily edited to add, delete, or replace members.

Additionally, views have been created that will automatically display the membership list at the bottom of the activity page for the group.

How to Add a Roster

What is a Roster?

A roster is a listing of members of a group. It is designed to facilitate building a membership list for a committee or activity. It can be easily amended. When created and saved, the list will be appended to the bottom of the group's Activity page. All Rosters are restricted content.

Create a Roster

Click on ADD Roster in the Launchpad.

Add a Resident Relationship

The purpose of the resident relationship is to display a link to a related resident.  A related resident is someone with whom the person shares the apartment.

Announcement Template Supports Volunteer Opportunities

The Announcement template (Content type) has been modified to support the new Volunteer Opportunities feature. For Site administrators, the only difference is the addition of the "Volunteer Opportunity" field (Yes, No, default None) to denote whether the announcement is such a one.

Content editors can now add a Volunteer Opportunity, but do not have access to the Announcement type field choices. The default is now None.

New Content Type: Mega Menu

Added content type = Mega Menu.  Will be used for Campus Life > How Do I.

This included adding Paragraph Type = Internal Link, which was added as an option to Paragraph Type = Content Wrapper.

Added site section = Campus Life since RCSC will maintain the Campus Life > How Do I page.
