Pittock Mansion
A morning visit to this historic Portland residence. The Christmas decorations are up! There are three floors of stairs, so we will walk slowly and carefully. No wheelchairs, the historic elevator takes one person at a time.
Bob's Red Mill Outing
A window-tour of Bob's Red Mill factory with narration by Dennis Gilliam, resident and employee (retired). Also a visit to the store and an opportunity for lunch at the Bob's Red Mill cafe.
CANCELLED Japanese American Museum of Oregon (JAMO) outing
A guided tour of a small museum with two exhibitions: A Sense of Place: The Art of George Tsutakawa and Oregon's Nikkei: An American Story of Resilience.
Outings Committee Event Schedule
The Outings Committee sponsors a variety of off-campus outings each year. These outings may use Willamette View buses, chartered buses, or car pools. Residents participating in the outing will pay transportation costs and admission charges, as appropriate. Some outings may include a meal.
